Visual documentation of the positions and routes of persons in a defined area, within a certain period of time.
The following aspects have to be considered in the observation: At which places do the users appear? Which types of use exist? How often and with what time reference are these? Which areas are preferred and which ones are avoided? Do conflicts of use occur and if so where?
The spaces to be examined must be defined and mapped so that the observations can be inserted in maps. Appropriate observation times must be specified. The observation takes place via a video camera, which must be positioned accordingly.
Makes sense only in conjunction with professional observation (camera).
