First internal analysis: Search for strengths and weaknesses, which are listed in the corresponding matrix fields with the corresponding titles. Afterwards external analysis: looking for the strategically relevant opportunities and dangers. It then seeks to maximize the benefits of strengths and opportunities, and to minimize losses from weaknesses and threats by analyzing specific combinations (strength / opportunity, strength / threat, weakness / opportunity, weakness / threat). Finally, it asks which initiatives and measures can be derived from this.
