On the basis of Personas, scenarios are developed that show how the users will use the new product in their real environment. In order for a scenario to remain assessable, the process that is to be transported to a potential future should first be broken down into its components. Now, individual components can be changed and the effects on the overall process derived. In simple sentences or bullet points, a concrete process is presented from the user's perspective in the application context. It should be paid more attention to substantive correct statements, than to their formal correctness. The aspects relevant for the development of the new solution can / should be illustrated with pictures (storyboard).
